Get domain name back?

    We were trying to connect a shopify account to our wordpress website and accidentally confused to domain names. Now wordpress is no longer giving us access to our website and will not allow us to go in and fix it. What do we do?

    What is the domain in question?

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought any domains from us.

    I see you have a Jetpack-connected site, http://www.stuffreallyhappens.shops.myshopify.com/, but that site is not hosted on our servers, and we have no control over its domain.

    If that’s the site you’re speaking of, please contact your hosting provider, or possibly Shopify support, directly for help with this.
