Get hyperlinks to open in new tab

    I can’t get links to open in a new tab. Argh. I’ve gone to Settings –> Sharing–> open links in, and selected “new window.” Not doing a thing. I need the hyperlinks I add in to posts and pages to open in a new tab/window. Hope someone can help!
