    Good day

    I would like to speak to someone in regards to my account billing.

    I have had a live chat to Jason about account being credited.

    This transaction then was voided according to Jason and WordPress but I do still see the deduction on my bank statement.

    I just want to double check that the amount was voided as was promised, so that I could know if I should wait and give more time.

    I can verify the recent charge on the account you are writing me from was voided. If that’s the charge in question, the hold is happening at your bank. Have you had a chance to talk to them about it?

    The other possibility is that you have multiple WordPress.com accounts that you have connected to the same credit card. If that’s the case, I wouldn’t see the transaction in this account.

    If you have another username in addition to farmersdaughterinlaw, let me know.

    YES I do have another account linked called champagnecharlieblog.wordpress.com – i never realized they operate separately !!

    Is there any chance I can still reverse this amount paid?
    I have not once used a premium account that I know of nor do I now.

    I am in constant contact with the bank and trying to reverse this amount.

    Please advise!!

    YES I do have another account linked called champagnecharlieblog.wordpress.com – i never realized they operate separately !!

    That site is actually part of this account. So that’s not where the charge is coming from.

    Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts? Ones that you use a username other than farmersdaughterinlaw with?

    Is there any chance I can still reverse this amount paid?

    I’m still not showing any actual payment made to us. I only see the voided charge from 2015-02-19

    If you have a different charge from us on your card, let me know and we can move this conversation to a private e-mail thread.

    No I do not have any other account then.
    The charge is also from the 19th that was made.
    Perhaps it takes a while to show that it is voided?? I will maybe wait a bit more and see… perhaps give it 15 days rather than one week?

    Hi there,

    I double checked with our payment processor and this transaction was voided at our end. I can give you the transaction details in a private e-mail if you need them for your conversation with your bank.

    In any case, if you still don’t have your funds, it is your bank that is holding them, not us.

    Hi there

    Just had a follow up with mu bank again and they have once again confirm that the amount did go off and was charged to you guys! I now dont know anymore who to contact as both parties tells me now that the money is not with them. So I would like to know what you can do from your side to confirm and proof that the charges did not go off with you.

    After this I would have to take the next steps then.
