get latest posts and full data via json or xml

    I want to take out for example latest post on my blog via json or xml .
    is there any plugins or sample codes that I can do that ?

    I want to take out all of my catagories , my latest post , my latest post in catagories and be able to take out full data from each article.

    is this possible ? if so ,How can I do this ?
