my domain expired and is now in the redemption period. It does not appear in the “Purchases” section of my account. Can I retrieve this domain? If so, how?

I haven’t been able to find an email address for the support team – the pages I viewed said to raise a request here since I do not have a paid plan. Could you let me know the email address?

I’m not sure what the expected turn around time is, I emailed help@wordpress.com 3 days ago, but so far there has been no reply (nothing in spam either)
