How can I get my expired domain back?

According to the public WHOIS that I pulled up for the domain it does still seem to be registered to someone. Was this you that registered/created the domain back in 2015? if so then the domain isn’t set to expire until 11/02/2019. What are the issues that you are having with the domain?
