  i recently deleted my account which deleted my domain but i would like to retrieve it again please and thank you, help me…

  Your account is not deleted. It is what you’re using here to reach us. Yes, I can restore the domain to your account. We can do that with the personal plan which is less than you paid for the premium one.

  The refund of C$120.00 is already on the way. You will have to pay for the domain + plan again. Please let me know what plan you want to use and we can send a payment link via email reflecting that amount.

  Hello, my domain expires today and I haven’t got any replies back from my emails. The last email I received was saying that I had to pay 18$ to retrieve my domain and that they sent a link for it but I never did receive the email. I’m wondering if I can get resent that email considering today is the last day I can retrieve it. Thank you

  I have emailed you a payment link for the restoration of the domain. In order to use the custom domain you need a plan, and I made the bill out for the cheapest option. You can upgrade if desired just let me know. Write back once payment has been submitted and we will restore the domain to your account.

  I’m not recieving these emails.. I get the email explaining what I have to do but there is not actual link for me to click on, I’m not sure why this is happening.

  I just looked at my receipt and it was for the wrong domain it was supposed to be pepperandsel.com but it was the word press domain , can I please get a refund since now my domain is not able to retrieve anymore..
