  hi, a few years ago i used this service to create and manage tap7fx.wordpress.com
  it still shows in my account, and nobody else is using that site so how can i ‘reactivate’ it and start using it again?

  If you are still using the same email address you did back then, you could try the password reset form.

  If you don’t have access to any of your login information, you could fill out the Account Recovery Form, which will ask you for several items of information to show proof of ownership.
