  For help with sites using wordpress .org you will need to create an account and use the wordpress.org forums.

  For help with this you will need to contact the hosting provider you’ve been paying to host your site.

  The WordPress.org forums can only help with issues regarding the WordPress software, and have nothing to do with your hosting provider or your hosting plan, so won’t be able to help in this case.
