get navigation bar out of header in Regulus theme
-
Is there a way, using CSS, to get the navigation bar (basically where all my pages are) out of the header (just needs to be lowered). Right now it blocks off a part of my image. Kind of annoying!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t answer technical questions without a link to the blog. In the case of CSS, also tell us what you’ve already tried to solve the problem with.

I can tell there is no setting to lower the navigation bar, its not one of the options or customizations allowed.

It would require experience with CSS and the paid CSS upgrade.

I apologize for the offtopic reply.
Would You explain, how to add new navigation item?
Thanks in advance -
I found the solution:
every static page shows up in the nav bar as item, if the theme support them.
