  The person who used to manage the site is no longer with the team and no one can customize the site. it reads (not enough permissions to customize this site). please help

  The person who registered the site on WordPressdotcom is the site owner. Unfortunately, unless that person added an additional Admin or Editor to the site and/or transferred ownership of the site to another WordPressdotcom user, it won’t be possible to customize the site any further.

  Hi @aacabnb, can you log out then log back in as the webmaster? You can then grant permissions to others as needed.
