  i want get refund

  proper renew day is on jan 2014.
  But i dont know why. my domain already has been renewed

  Anyway i am not using this domian now.

  please delete my domain and get me refund which has been paid automatically on dec 2013.

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that the auto-renewal was enabled and so your account was charged 30 days before the actual expiration date in case there are any issues with the transaction. However, if you no longer want this, I can refund you the domain renewal fee and cancel your domain.

  But please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

  You may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

  If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  Hi there,

  Thank you for the confirmation. I have canceled the domain and provided you a full refund ($18). Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account..

  The domain will now get sent back to the registrar.

  The registrar will decide when to release it back to the open market, which is not guaranteed, but which usually happens within a few weeks.
