Get refund on an automatic renewed domain

Today I got out of nowhere a horrible e-mail telling me that wordpress charged me 99$ for a domain I haven’t used in a year. I managed to get a refund of 73$ on the “upgrates” but there’s still 23$ wordpress is refusing to refund. I can’t believe this is happening and need your help as soon as possible since that money is insanely important to me right now. Thank you
