Get refund on guided transfer

Need to get a refund. The page on getting refunds is not applicable to my situation as there is no CANCEL button on the My Upgrades page, please do not offer up that page (specifically: http://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/). I purchased a guided transfer and need a refund on this. On My Upgrades page, it says I need to set it up and only gives a link to start doing so; I do not want to set it up; I simply want a refund.
Where do I go?

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

There is no option for Cancellation or refund anywhere.

I also did the same, an upgrade and its been 2-3 weeks no refund is recieved. I want my refund back.

@llmerritt I can see that your Guided Transfer has already been cancelled and you have been issued a refund for the purchase. Depending on your bank and its policies, you can expect to see the money appear back in your account in the next few days to few weeks.
@bhupinder99, as I mentioned above, depending entirely on your bank and its policies it can take several days to a few weeks for a refund to appear in your account. I can see that your product was only cancelled and refunded yesterday, so please be patient!
