Get rid of nofollow on backlinks on my blog

Hi, I’ve noticed that my links to the site where I sell my photography are coded nofollow, but other blogs pointing to the same website aren’t. I read this: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-do-i-do-a-do-follow-backlink?replies=4#post-1222503 where it says that backlinks are dofollow by default. I am a total newbie to such matters, and would love some advise on how to make my links dofollow.
I am seeing the nofollow, by rt-clicking on a link in a post and choosing ‘inspect element.’ Is this correct?

You need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.org install http://wordpress.org/ to accomplish rewarding every commenter with a do-follow link, simply for commenting.

I don’t want dofollow links in my comments at all, I want them in my actual posts. In each blog post I write I have links leading to the website where I sell my photographs, and they are currently coded nofollow. I would like to get rid of the nofollow.
According to the support post I referenced in my original post here, backlinks are coded dofollow by default. I’ve seen them without the nofollow code on another WP blog that links to the same photography website as I do (and uses the free version of WP like mine), so I’m wondering what is going on and how to get rid of the nofollow coded into the links in my blog posts.

If you link to a particular for-profit site too often, staff sometimes switch the links to point to the Terms of Service or something. It’s possible they made this change as well.

I am wondering if this is happening because I have click-through links associated with each image I post. This is the same link that I have posted as text later on in the post…i.e. for each post the click-through link and the text link are the same. I hadn’t even taken this into consideration until now (as I said, total newbie), but I just checked the code for an image, and the link associated with it doesn’t have the nofollow attached. Can anyone confirm that this is what’s happening, and if so, if I should just leave well enough alone or?

Raincoaster, thank you, I posted my last response before reading what you had written. I link to a website where I sell my photographs in each post I make. Each post is a photography and the story/info about a particular photo, and then I link to where a print may be purchased. Is this a no-no?
