get rid of white box

    I do not have the premium just wordpress.com
    There is a white box on my front page & although many people have given code to get rid of it no-one has said the exact steps & where to put the code keeping in mind it is NOT premium.
    I’m desperate & have spent days trying to find where the code goes & which code to use.
    I am not good at using forums & am unsure how any responses come so I’d greatly appreciate someone e-mailing me: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately only the Premium or Business Plan will be able to edit the custom css.

    The css code you need in this case is:

    .front-page-content-area .with-featured-image {
		display:none;
	}
