  Some of the getting started design choices said, ‘don’t worry about this now, you’ll be able to change it later.’ Except I can’t figure out how or where to go to change the basic look of my blog. Where do I go to get back to the initial start up choices?

  Have you checked out the Theme store?

  There you can select a new theme for your site. Also, you may want to check out the Five Step Site Setup here:
