  Can I upload a local web to the domain miweb.wordprees.com for free?
  What i can get is a subdomain.

  I mean, have my domain in wordpress.com as a hosting server.
  For example: myownwebsite.wordpress.com
  Then use this domain for upload a website, as a hosting service would do.

  No, WordPress.com cannot act as a hosting service.
