How can I access the upgrade for my blog on my phone app? I want to be able to upload videos on my phone to create blog posts I just started my 90 day trial so I can upload videos, thanks!

The WordPress mobile apps are open source for all sites running the WordPress software, not just WordPress.com. So you can’t adjust your WordPress.com upgrades through the app.
But as long as you have the upgrade on your site (which you do right now, with the free trial), you’re all set and you can upload the videos from your phone using the app.
Log into your site on the WordPress app:
Select the media settings, then add your video to the media library.
