Getaway Theme Video URL won't work

  Hi,

  I go to Customize-Theme Options-Homepage Template-Video URL since I want a video to appear in the main page. However, it just won’t appear. I have tried various URL codes, listed on your Videos:YouTube support section. I can’t figure out what is wrong.

  Hi,
  The video will only appear on a page assigned to the Homepage template, and it will appear below the page content and the featured content area of the template.

  On a test website with the Gateway theme activated, I was able to display a video by entering the video URL in the appropriate field at Customize > Homepage Template > Video URL.
