thanks for the quick reply, but the question is is that the correct format of code for wordpress.com? i.e. does it look as if it SHOULD work?
i have checked the forums and there have been many questions about the code to paste into text widgets, but none answered definitively or clearly as to what should go in. -
I do not have any paragraph tags in my code at all. I think you have the wrong code and that’s why I sent your back to get the correct code for WordPress.com (non-Javascript) .
I’m posting my code below to show you how different it is from the one you posted but I have replaced the numbers with “x”.
<a title="Google Analytics Alternative" href="http://getclicky.com/xxxxxxxx"><img alt="Google Analytics Alternative" src="//static.getclicky.com/media/links/badge.gif" border="0" /></a> <img alt="Clicky" width="1" height="1" src="//in.getclicky.com/xxxxxxxns.gif" /> -
thanks for that
i have pasted your code in exactly and replaced the x’s with the number from my getclicky
will monitor what it does -
if that does not work for you I suggest that you go to the getclicky site and get the correct code for your own blog.
