Getting 503 Error message on 2 Sites
-
I have contacted Bluehost about this issue, they say it is a WordPress issue: I get a 503 Error message when working on two different sites, two different plugins. I contacted one plugin support team, as well as Bluehost. All point back to WordPress. I have stalled out on how to get help, confused why I would pay for pro when all the same features are provided through Bluehost? Sorry to be dumb on this. My understanding was that Bluehost and WordPress had some sort of partnership, but when support is needed, Bluehost points me to wordpress and then I cannot even chat to resolve immediate issues.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
