Getting A Blog Started To Make Money & Entertainment

Hello, I’m interested in starting a blog where I want to feature paid banner & text advertising, videos & photos & make it a pay blog. I want to create next month & have it promoted a.s.a.p. I’m interested in your premium package that $8 a month. My question is do have to pay all at once for $96 for a year? Or can a pay month at $8 a monthly or maybe pay 3 or 6 months at one time? Please advise & thank you is advance.

Unfortunately at there moment, there are no monthly payment plans available on WordPress.com.
Upgrades are billed annually and must pay in full for the year at the time of purchase.

But I can still use the blog to post advertising on for profit correct? Also will I get my own Google Analytics code to place on my blog to attract others from a around the world?

If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
