Getting a brand new theme for existing site

I have a wordpress site, http://www.Melanie-Stevens.com which I would like to completely revamp.
I’ve gone and changed the theme a couple of times, but all this has done is change the colours and the font – my images and text are all in exactly the same place. What I want to do is totally overhaul it and use a new theme with the theme’s design in terms of image placement, etc.
Is this possible? Or do I need to set up a new site and copy & paste the text over? I am using the basic WordPress editor, and I don’t have any design skills to make it look fancy! The images are just flat in the centre of the page and I feel it looks a bit basic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Hi, thanks for your reply. I’m not sure I’m with WordPress.org as I can’t login to that site – I can only login to WordPress.com? I don’t have a WordPress.org account.

I checked your site and although your site is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, it is indeed using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

Your site host will be best suited to assist you since they have access to your account. Looks like the site is hosted with Namecheap:
