Getting a custom set of plugins

  Hello everyone? This is my first forum post, so if there’s any mistake in it, then I apologize deeply for that.
  Actually, I have recently registered a blog on to wordpress.com and I want a custom set of plugins installed on it like SEO plugin by Yoast, google xml sitemaps, jetpack plugin and w3 total cache. Is it possible? If yes, then how can I do it and if no! then what can be done about it? :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  Thanks Galois for the response and a lot of thanks for the links. Well! I want to try wordpress but I don’t want to spend money, as I am just a starter one. Can you suggest me any free hosting that could allow me to install both wordpress and plugins.
