Getting a Fatal Error Message

  I’m trying to view my friends blog http://www.clarksvilleonline.com/ and I keep getting the following fatal error message.

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _pear_call_destructors() (previously declared in /usr/share/php/PEAR.php:765) in /home/clarksville/public_html/cols/lib/pear/PEAR.php on line 802

  What is happening to cause this and I can this issue be resolved?

  If he’s hosted by WP.com he needs to contact staff. If he’s independent, he needs to fix his blog.
