Getting a "fraudulent page or threat source" notice
-
I had someone try to access my blog today she got this message: Rating: Dangerous Verified fraudulent page or threat source.
I also tried to access my admin page last night from home and got something similar. I was able to go in thru WP.com but this is all very strange. Not really sure on where to go for an issue like this.
Please advise.

Does your friend use Trend Micro? Have you tried using this link to log-in http://reelgoddess.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

I have Trend Micro at home. I’m not sure what the other person uses. Wasn’t sure if anything funky was going on with my site or if maybe it was just a firewall issue.

There are two other members who have experienced this with trend dangerous rating from Trend Micro. See here > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/trend-micro-anti-virus?replies=3
I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

Sometimes operating system and/or security system updates can cause problems so check for known issues. When you make adjustments to your browser settings — changing privacy settings, deleting cookies or increasing security — you will need to close your window and restart the browser before those new settings become effective.

Fortunately, I can’t find anything wrong at all with your blog.
Unfortunately, we don’t have control over how third party services see these things. :(
Does the report have a way to dispute it?
