Getting a hold of anyone from Support

My site isn’t working and I’ve been trying to get help for over an hour. I had one email come back from a guy in support, but when I tried to get back in touch with him, nothing. Is there a phone number I can call or something?

I’m seeing the blog linked to your username just fine. What is the problem you are having?
There is no phone support, and it is the weekend which means there are fewer staff on duty. You will just need to be patient.

Are you talking about the blog linked to your name that is only two hours old? If so it is a plain new blog with one test Post looks fine to me.
If you post the URL beginning with http maybe someone in the Support Forum can help.
