Getting a new page to appear on the top menu bar in 'Manifest'

    I’ve created a page of links, and am trying to get the title, ‘LINKS’, to appear at the top, next to ‘About’ & ‘Archives’.
    I’ve tried creating a menu & adding ‘Links’, and saving; I’ve tried selecting ‘About’, ‘Archives’ & ‘Links’, and saving, but nothing works.
    Occasionally the ‘Links’ page will appear, and all the links on it work, but as soon as I try navigating to another page, it disappears from the top bar.
    Please help!
