Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com yet? Posts and pages are different and I’m not sure you mean literally what you’re saying here. The only way to turn a post into a page is to copy and paste it.
On the other hand, you might mean this: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/

Blog is an already created page, probably? You can find all your pages on your Dashboard in the Edit Pages Screen. Copy everything from the post you’ve written, then find the Blog page on that All Pages screen, click the Edit link for that page, and you should be able to paste the content in there.
Is that a page that describes what your blog is about, though, or something? I think most users would assume to click on that link to find your latest blog posts, if they’re not available on your home page. Do you just want your latest blog posts to show up there instead of on the home page?
