Getting a refund

I cancelled my website and my domain with wordpress. They have forgotten to cancel my domain and I have now been charged £15. I have proof to show that they are in the wrong but they refuse to discuss the matter with me.
Can anyone help?
They refuse to talk to me on “chat” and when I pretend to want to buy something and then reveal my true intentions they leave the conversation.

Which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about, please?
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.
Canceling and Refunding Purchases
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

You are having trouble because you are contacting us from an account that hasn’t had any active upgrades under it since August of last year. If you were charged £15, it must’ve been under a different account – there is no history of any charge for that amount under this account.
