  I randomly got charged 114 dollars from word press and would love to know how to get a refund and cancel this so called subscription I ever even signed up for

  The link above is my website. Who can I speak too about the charge? I would like it reversed. I’m not sure if it was a yearly renewal fee but I would like to delete my account & be refunded the money. I was not informed of this charge

  I checked your account and found that there are no subscriptions or charges. This means you have a different WordPress.com account where the subscriptions are. You’d need to log in to the correct WordPress.com account to cancel the subscriptions for a refund. You can also contact us from the correct WordPress.com account so that we can help you with canceling and refunding the subscription fees.

  If you don’t remember the correct account’s login credentials, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the transaction ID for the payment made on WordPress.com. Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
  2. Send us the transaction ID using the account recovery form. Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.
  3. Wait for us to get back to you via email.

  You can also use the payment details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to look up the charge and send our billing team a message so that we can get back to you via email.
