    HOW CAN I GET A REFUND AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT–ONLY JUST OPENED

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    My Domain Name: chiwatcher.com My WordPress name: chiwatcher.wordpress.com Please note: before deciding to request a refund, I did alter the blog name to: CHI CHAT. Please let me know if there is any more details you may need. Many thanks Des Evans

    If you have made an account using that email address, please send a password reset here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword to access the account.

    Please then follow these steps to close the account. https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
