Getting a refund for auto renew

    Hi Guys

    I purchased a website in the past domain: https://10ideablog.com/

    I got an auto renewal email a few weeks ago. When I logged in and checked the billing area there did not appear to be a saved card. In fact it asked me if I wanted to save a new card. For this reason I thought I was ok and would not be charged.

    However I have been charged £15 from my credit card and I did not want to renew this.

    Could you please help by letting me know how to arrange a refund? It does not allow me to stop auto renew in my settings.
