Getting a refund from a plugin

Hi, I want to get a refund, but when I go to’Purchases’ and then ‘Active upgrades’, there is nothing even though I purchased the upgrade 5 days ago.

I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.
Can you let us know what item you’re wanting a refund for and for which website? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
