Getting a weird message at log in, why?

The last 2 times I logged on to my blog I was greeted with a message that said I was logged on as Rougebuddha (which is my blog) and don’t have access to the dashboard and to log out and ask to be invited???? But I was still able to access the dashboard…what’s up with that?

How many username accounts do you have? Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and is Admin of the blog?
