getting access to my domain

when set up in 2014 the domain was purchased through you – whoever set it up with wild west domains set it up in their name… trying to get it put in my account they left empty…. i thought this was solved years ago – wild west said contact you

Hey there, what’s the domain in question? I noticed some previous attempts here to get a domain back, but the invoices were unpaid, and it’s been a year or more.

just spoke with godaddy – they say this domain needs contact info update and that is why you have it parked. my customer number for the domain is [REDACTED]

Unfortunately that isn’t the case: It is in redemption again. No need to post an account number publicly, but you can see the billing history here:

Also, once you’re caught up, your best bet is to either add a card so we can auto-renew the domain on time for you (we would do this one month prior to the due date), or hop in and manually renew the domain each March when it is due.
