Getting access to my new website

  Hi there
  The email link for verifying my email address did not work and when I log on to Wordpres sit does not recognise that I have a premium account already with this domain. PLease can you sort this out for me.

  Hi there!

  There are no active subscriptions under the account from which you’re posting here. What’s the address of the site where you have your Premium plan?

  It is godlyplaybus.org.
  I have been charged for it and was emailed a receipt, but when I go to print the receipt it says tht it cannot be accessed.

  That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account.

  Make sure that you’re logged in under the email address that the receipt was sent to.
