Getting access to my website

We have a website (blog.4mdmedical.com) that was created by a former employee of ours who no longer works with us. It looks like the username or password was a personal email so we cannot get in contact with him. How can I get access to that existing website? The website is active but we cannot access it on our end.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
