getting ads placed on my blog

I have tried ENDLESSLY to get my ads up. It seem my blog HAS been accepted, I’ve gotten much positive feed back from it, thank you. What I am NOT getting is my ads up. It says “it still under review”…for a year ? I have contacted ad sense..again. Can you please explain the problem to me ? I am not a techy, which is why I came to you in the first place. PLEASE help me out here. Thank you. I feel like I’m letting my followers down.
I initiated this to actually EARN an income.

If you are really using Adsense then your blog will be suspended as Adsense is not allowed. You can apply for WordAds here and if approved use them, you need a custom domain name before you apply and a ton of traffic to make any money at all

Believe me, your followers aren’t holding their breath waiting to see your glorious Adsense. They’ll probably consider it annoying if you ever get it working.

My guess is that with a 4 hour old account they are probably in the wrong forum – but we need to wait for the real URL to tell for sure

Oh, I agree, and as a professional blogger it amuses me that anyone would go into this industry to make money, and that they’d putter along for a year in the endeavor to make money, without having any ads.

If I had a site rated high enough to put ads on, I also would not wait a year to see if something worked.
