Getting an error when I try to start domain transfer

    Hello. I am trying to transfer my custom domain. I get an error message when I click the Unlock and Send Authcode button in the domain transfer setting. The message says to contact support, but it sends me to the public forums :-(.

    What is the domain you are trying to transfer?

    Please be sure that you are logged in correctly. You will only be able to transfer the domain from the account that originally registered it.

    Whenever receiving an error message, it is always a good idea to rule out any browser issues on your end. Force refresh your browser, clear your cookies and browser cache with the instructions found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
