Getting an error when I try to upload

    I am getting the following error when I try to upload a plugin or an image into wordpress: Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2019/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Hi @pcoovert, this error typically indicates a directories permissions problem with an individual DIY site at another host. Can you ask your host for help confirming permission there, and ensure you have sufficient space?
