Getting an Invoice

  I created the Brightlingsea Anzac Centenary Weekend website this year on March 18 for which I paid £15. I now need to reclaim this amount from the organisation I set it up for. I don’t have a paper or email invoice. Can you help please?

  Perhaps you can submit a screen shot of your billing history or print it as a pdf to submit? Let me know if you need help with this.

  Thanks for your reply, Liz. However, I did already try both of those suggestions – Billing History and Payments – but in each case when I get to the page, “Search all Receipts” comes up with zeros for each month and all that’s left is Upgrade options that I don’t want.

  You may have purchased the upgrade you are looking for under a different username? Try and login to any other WordPress.com accounts that you have. Each WordPress.com account require a unique email address.
