Getting back customized TEXT widgets

  I just changed a theme on one of my blogs and my Text widgets. On the widgets page, I can see the list of my Used Text Widgets with their titles but I can’t figure out how to move them back over to the Widgets column. Does anyone know how to get those back? I really, REALLY don’t want to retype my text widgets (if I can even remember what was on them).

  I meant to type “I just changed a theme on one of my blogs and my customized text widgets no longer appear. They are listed on the left but there is no way I can see to move them back to the right and make them show up. I hope that clarifies…..
