Getting back my deleted domain

Hi, I have a WordPress account and there are 3 websites related to my account. At first, I only had ‘cagatayin.wordpress.com’ then I had to transfer it to another website called ‘numberci.wordpress.com’ . Now, I wanted to transfer it back to ‘cagatayin.wordpress.com’ . I could not do it and decided to delete my beloved ‘cagatayin.wordpress.com’ web site. However, after that, I learned that I did a big mistake. Is there a way to get my website ‘cagatayin.wordpress.com’ back? Can I get it back after deleting my account and by opening a new one? I really appreciate it if I could get my address back. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated at http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
You can register another .wordpress.com URL and then purchase an upgrade plan so you can map to an existing domain.
Register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Purchase a domain mapping upgrade knowing it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
