Getting back old wordpress.com website account (Id/pwd loss)

  Hello,

  We are trying to delete a previously made website through wordpress.com …
  I get the ID is esatcanteleu ( http://esatcanteleu.wordpress.com ) but when i try to reset the password, it says it sends some email but it doesn’t mention the email : I don’t know where to find the mail for the reactivation link.
  Please you give me this information at least ?
  I created this account (dsncanteleu) just to write you this topic. I make it with the “modlook” tag like some user advice me to do in the former french thread about that :

  We’re unable to provide the email address for security purposes. The email address registered with a WordPress.com account is the account’s unique identifier. This is how we are able to verify ownership of blogs and accounts is by having access to the email address on file.

  If you don’t remember the email, you would need to go through our account recovery process to try and prove ownership of the site. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch.

  I already find this link and try to submit this form but I have nothing of the informations needed.
  No transaction ID. No activation link or key. No two factor auth.

  Is there any way to get one of these back ?
  For your information we are a public entity (childhood protection) and we rule different public schools / french established entities (under the french godvernment supervision) and we can proove it.

  We have all ESAT official documents to provide. This website has been created by an old employee maybe under his name. We need desperately to find his name…

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Again, please provide as much details as you have to that form – if you don’t have any of those items, then skip them.

  When i try to submit the form without any of the proofs i get an error message back :
  “Please provide at least one item of Proof of Ownership.”

  Meaning that i can’t submit the form… Your help is still needed then.
