getting back the basic tool bar

  I’m having trouble getting my old style tool bar back. What happened to the ‘add media’ button where I could a picture in text. I have tried the drag and drop but for some reason I can’t seem to make it work. I’m sure the program is great, I’m just having trouble making the adjustment, I need some help

  The only way is /wp-admin/post-new.php behind your blog’s url.
  Example: https://themotoworld.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
