Getting back the domain

  Hi! I’ve bought a domain today through wordpress.com, but then I decided to cancel it, and now I realised I want to get it back.. Is it possible to get it back with the regular price of 12$?

  Correct account: Yes

  Or maybe is it possible to restore that deleted domain through purchasing an annual plan for 48$?

  Are you considering using your domain again on your WordPress.com site, or do you have plans to use it on a different platform?

  If you’d like to keep it here on WordPress.com, I can send you a link to pay for the domain only, and then I’ll get it restored for you. Just remember that, in this case, it will only redirect to your free WordPress.com address. To make the domain the primary address people see when they visit your site, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our plans.

  Now, if you’d rather use it somewhere else and don’t mind waiting a few days, your domain should become available again by early next week. Then, you’ll be able to register it directly with the provider where you want to use it. If you don’t want to wait, I can still restore it manually for you, as mentioned above, and then help you point it to the other provider.

  Yes, I’d like to use it on my wordpress site. If it’s possible I’d like to get it back for “Free for the first year with annual paid plans” and buy one of your plans.
