Getting back to zero

    I have a custom URL and I have (in the past) installed Jetpack and built out a WordPress.org site. The site is currently messed up (it won’t display, and it looks like I can’t modify it from the WordPress.com site). There is no content on the site that I want to keep, it can all go.

    How do I reset everything so that my custom URL points to a WordPress.com site?

    Hi there,

    To use your domain with a WordPress.com site again, you need to purchase the domain mapping upgrade to connect the domain here, and then you’ll need to edit the name servers to point the domain to us.
