I can no longer access my WordPress work pages. When I try to add media or create a new post, all I get is a blank page with the Circle-W logo in the center. None of the other options work, either. Just blank pages with Circle-W logo. This is very frustrating. I have posted 741 entries from 2012 to now, but suddenly: Bupkis. What’s up?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

I’ve checked it and I was able to manage your dashboard normally and create a new post, as you can see here:

I’d say this has to do with the browser cache memory. Could you please empty your browser cache following the instructions here?:

Thank you for your help, except that it doesn’t work. I still get blank pages. I have emptied both cookies and cache. I have restarted the computer. I have re-logged onto WordPress. None of it makes a difference.

I have one sneaking worry. This all began after Jan. 1 and a new year. I am working on an iMac with the OS 10.14.6 Mojave operating system. Might this be a problem? I tried to update the OS and Apple told me that the iMac is too old to update. I fear having to buy a new computer (I am old and on Social Security) and worse, having to repurchace the applications that I regularly use, such as Photoshop Elements.

Is there something else that might be the problem, aside from cache problems? This is very frustrating. I’ve been using WordPress since 2012 and now I seem to have reached a dead end.

    Hey there,

This could be a couple of different things, but generally, checking for a caching issue is a good first step. Another thing to check would be the internet connection speed. A slow internet connection may impact the ability to load your post or page. You can check your internet speed here on Open Speed Test. It could also be related to your browser version, which, if you are using Safari, is updated along with your operating system. Can you try another browser like Firefox or Chrome to see if you experience the same issue?

We also offer mobile apps for tablets and phones that may be a way to make updates to your as a temporary solution while we look for a solution for the desktop error.

    Hope this helps!
